Richmond-based leadership coach and consultant Nancy K. Eberhardt achieved Gazelles International’s executive coaching certification, completing a rigorous program including leadership and service obligations. She joins 100 coaches worldwide who have earned certification status from Gazelles International, a premier international executive education and coaching association.

“Nancy is a great addition to our worldwide network of certified coaches. She brings particular skills in executive development, leadership strategy, and culture and change management,” said Keith Cupp, president and head coach of Gazelles International. “With her certification credential, which includes extensive training in the Four DecisionsTM and Rockefeller Habits processes and growth tools, she is well-situated to successfully assist mid- market companies in accelerating their growth.”

The certification program is based on the growth concepts in the best-selling business book “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits” by Gazelles International founder Verne Harnish, as well as the signature Gazelles One-Page Strategic Plan. It includes requirements such as the study and mastery of the Four DecisionsTM content, application of best practices, and ongoing education by the world’s top thought leaders such as Jim Collins and Patrick Lencioni.
