A very successful, and rapidly growing, organization was experiencing higher-than-desired turnover of top performers. As a result, business development progress and results were lagging behind the set goals for the year. The turnover, coupled with missed milestones, was creating uncertainty and unproductive conversation focused on the past. The Leadership Team was determined to achieve the set business goals and reduce unwanted turnover. The Leadership Team also wanted to improve communication related to the goals, standards and expectations of the company - and inspire employees by recognizing and acknowledging their contributions and value.
Partnering with the Leadership Team we interviewed key team members and collected insights and perspectives regarding communication. Based on the input and information collected, we developed a 12-month internal communications plan and built capacity within the organization to manage the ongoing implementation of the communications strategy and tactics.
