3. New Organizational Structure: Managing Change & Results

Pathwise Partners began work with an organization facing a variety of challenges: relatively new leadership, a new organizational structure, managers with little experience (and great responsibility), increased revenue goals, and new standards for accountability, communication and productivity.

We partnered with the leadership and management of this organization and developed skills and capacity in the following areas: goal setting and tracking, building strong relationships, initiating direct and necessary conversations, providing open and respectful feedback. We also provided coaching support to both individuals and teams in order to quickly move past challenges and roadblocks and to remain focused on key priorities and goals.
