Pathwise Partners worked with the leadership/management team of an organization who was determined to achieve aggressive business objectives, while continuing to build their brand and reputation in the marketplace.
We interviewed each leadership team member in advance of the facilitated session to collect their personal perspectives about the future, perceived opportunities and challenges and priorities for being successful. Following those individual conversations we prepared a customized agenda - focused on the areas critical to achieving success including: direct communication, relationships, believing in others, the notion of assessments and what it means to be a leader.
Pathwise Partners spent a full-day exploring these concepts and facilitating the development of an action plan for success for the leadership team moving forward.
