Pathwise Partners began work with a new management team during a time when the organization was experiencing significant change. All team members needed to adapt quickly to remain successful in a highly competitive market.
We partnered with this team to set a new vision for their work - one that reflected the perspective of both the organization and its customers and investors. We facilitated the creation and articulation of aggressive financial and service goals - and then stretch goals for even more outstanding performance. During the course of the year, we facilitated the development of the management team's leadership skills - required to introduce new and unproven methods for doing business and for inspiring their employees during a time of great uncertainty and rapid change.
