Nancy Eberhardt is Chief Executive Officer and owner of Pathwise Partners LLC. She is an executive coach and leadership development consultant, assisting senior executives with achieving breakthrough results they are committed to causing in their organizations. She is an innovative and creative advisor who is focused on accelerating productivity and increasing profitability among the businesses she serves.
Nancy is a skilled agent for implementing strategic management and an expert in merger and acquisition transitions. Ultimately, she has a passion for culture and change management, and the critical ability to leverage communications and inspire and engage people.
An active community volunteer, Nancy has served as Chair of the Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce and on the Virginia Baseball Stadium Authority board. Currently, she is on the Board of Directors for Congressional Bank and the School for Professional and Continuing Studies for the University of Virginia.
Prior to forming Pathwise Partners, she was the founder of and senior strategist for Freeman Business Solutions, a consulting practice launched after her demonstrated leadership on the Executive Committee as Senior Vice President of Organizational Development for the Carl M. Freeman Companies.
Prior to that, during her tenure as a regional bank President, she was responsible for fifty locations, hundreds of employees, a number of successful mergers and more than $1 billion in customer relationships. Before she was named president, she led the bank’s consumer products marketing division for more than a decade as Senior Vice President.
Nancy’s executive-level management directing a variety of business units — including human resources, training, marketing, sales, operations, and research and development teams — and her board positions for corporations, small businesses and nonprofits have made her an effective leader of complex, high performance teams and a valued consultant to for-profit and non-profit organizations alike.
